Just a note to say thank you for all your help with the house. I didn’t expect things to progress so quickly. I am really pleased with the place and have started getting it set up.When I first met you it was a difficult time for me. You may not know it, but I drew strength from our conversations and house visits. So thank you for that as well!
Please thank Dave for me as well. It was really good to have him there during the inspection. I learned a lot during the inspection. One of the windows in my room will not close (it is one of those that absolutely must be replaced). I hope to call the window person today.Thank you again to both of you.
